Bloch MB.176 |
|
The Bloch MB.176 was a derivative of the MB.175 bomber. The MB.176 featured a pair of Pratt and Whitney Twin Wasp radial engines in place of the Gnome Rhone radials used in the MB.174 and MB.175. Only a handful of MB.176 aircraft were built and several were captured and used by the German Luftwaffe. I built this MB.176 from a modified Heller 1:72 scale kit. The modifications include Aeroclub Models propellers along with some spare Twin Wasp engines and cowlings from my scrapbox. The model was finished with paints from Gunze-Sangyo, Floquil and Tamiya. The decals are from Aeromaster. |
