Focke-Wulf Fw-190D-9

The Fw-190D-9 was one of the last versions of this famous German fighter aircraft. It featured a liquid cooled engine in place of the air cooled engine found on the A series aircraft. Fw-190D-9s were tough high performance fighters that could take on any of the allied fighters that opposed it. I built this Fw-190D-9 from an Italeri 1:72 scale kit. The model was finished with paints from Gunze-Sango, Floquil and Tamiya. The decals are from my decal scrap box.
